Stemming from the Bay Area, ACR was founded in early 2008 by two avid car enthusiasts. Since then, ACR has grown in size as other enthusiasts have gained interest in helping develop a local community.
ACR stands for Advanced Circuit Racing. Ushered through autocross racing, ACR's founders wanted to establish a community where both racers and enthusiasts could share valuable information, set up meets, and enjoy the spirit of driving.
