Today, I got my hands on a 98+ rear bumper. I did the basic rundown check to make sure all the tabs were intact and, of course, to check for the Honda stamp which indicates that the part is a genuine OEM piece.

I'm debating on whether I should have it color matched or just have the entire car painted a new color

well your welcomed to come to infineon on the 20th going to a track day there. Jonathan and I will be there. I want to do a lemans gokart meet again too.

I shall haz a car soon! It's just a matter of being patient. My parents have talked to my aunt recently and my Dad told me that we'll find out if I'll get the car next Saturday the 13th. I'm trying not to expect too much,

Ahh, the meets. I remember way back then when we used to have meets and run San Felipe late at night. Good times. That was before Christian had anything on his car and when Chris still had the Supra.

I decided to sell my red car, since I only manage to take it out on track a couple times per year and I don't see any road racing in my near future.  So, I ended up trading it for the 2002 car plus some cash.    You could say that I came out on the long end of that deal. 

Someone already bounced the 20th Infineon track day off me, but I'll be snowboarding that weekend.  Dah!  I would have gone, otherwise.

Just for the record, there are only 3 Miatas in that picture.  The car on the left side of the garage is an AE86, which could only be a Miata in it's dreams.  The engine on the stand in the middle is a 20V blacktop, though.  That should make the 86 more interesting.

Oh and boooooo0oooo Le Mans Karting.  Go-Kart Racer is much mo betta.  If you guys really want to go to Le Mans, I know a dude that works there, so I can see if we can get a homeboy hookup.  I might be down for some karting one night during the week, after work.

Lemans is closer and cheaper thats why I go there but yes lets do lemans after work sounds good!@

lol, i remember those days, good times. we'll run the touge again and hit up hometown buffet couse i've been craving bbq ribs, fried chicken and pizza for the longest.

Get that dc2 d-riced and come through to my new place in union city, got hella space to work on our cars. btw christian got a cbr6hunid... shits nice. well I haven't seen it yet but sound tyte yo.
